Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.​ We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the scent. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email madlovebeauty@yahoo.com
Melted butter is not considered damaged and can still be used. Shea butter will have a gritty look to it when it melts. You can cool off in the refrigerator to return to a quality solidified butter.

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include weekends) unless otherwise noted in description of product.   Please be mindful that shippers may be experiencing delays that are beyond the control of M.A.D. Love resulting in receiving your package 2-5 business days after your tracking information has been sent. 

• M.A.D. Love is not responsible for stolen packages. 
• Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address will result in the customer paying the reshipping fee or a store credit less the value of shipping. 
• During warmer months it is highly recommended that your product is delivered to a location indoors. Due to the product being just like "butter" hot temperatures will cause it to melt.​ M.A.D. Love will take precaution to prevent this, but we are not responsible for your product melting in transit.

M.A.D. Love crafts our luxury skincare products after you place your order. This ensures we provide the freshest ingredients and a longer shel life for the product. This made-by-order system requires a handling time of 1-5 business days to give us time to craft our custom products and send them to you.

For best results use on clean, damp skin and can be applied at any time throughout the day. A small amount goes a long way, but feel free to use the adequate amount for your skin type.
