Melted butter is not considered damaged and can still be used. Shea butter will have a gritty look to it when it melts. You can cool off in the refrigerator to return to a quality solidified butter.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include weekends) unless otherwise noted in description of product.
